During this assessment, we will guide you through mobility drills and foundational movements to establish your starting point. We will also discuss your fitness goals and schedule your sessions for the upcoming month. This comprehensive evaluation enables us to identify any movement or mobility compensations and conduct fitness testing, ensuring we design the most effective program for you.
