You’ll get a tour of our space, and our coach will meet with you to discuss your goals, walk you through our programs, and help you find the best starting point for your health and wellness journey with Lift Lab.

You’ll also receive a consultation form to complete before your session, so we can make the most of our time together.

- Once the initial health map consultation has been complete, we encourage you to schedule a follow up within a few months to ensure we keep you on track with your health and wellness goals outlined in your personalized plan.

Initial Assessment + Health Map

1.5 hour initial assessment is essential to gauge your current fitness level and create a personalized program tailored to your needs.
During this assessment, we will guide you through mobility drills and foundational movements to establish your starting point. We will also discuss your fitness goals and schedule your sessions for the upcoming month. This comprehensive evaluation enables us to identify any movement or mobility compensations and conduct fitness testing, ensuring we design the most effective program for you.

- Cost - The initial assessment is $150+tax. We request a credit card to be on your ZenPlanner profile at least 24-hours before your appointment for invoicing purposes.
- Cancellations & No-Shows - Cancellations made less than 24 hours or no-shows will result in a charge of $150+tax - the assessment fee.
